I feel a deep connection with Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz.” Like her, I find myself far from home, pursuing my studies in a different location. Along this college journey, I have made new friends and faced numerous challenges, from assignments and projects to exams. I used to dream of exploring the world beyond my hometown, inspired by encouragement and advice from others. Now, living in a new place, I often feel homesick and miss the familiarity of home.
